I Have Repeated Visits To The Toilet To Urinate. I
Question: I have repeated visits to the toilet to urinate. I also have some pain in the pubic area. I have noticed a white blemish at the tip/opening of the penis.

Please get the urine tests: Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity' better be done before starting on antibiotic.
Get the tests of blood for CBC, urea, creatinine, sugar.
Ultrasound of abdomen helps further.
All these will give the best possible diagnosis and helps in proper management.
Till then take plenty of oral fluids.
Post the photos of white blemish on penis.

The white blemish can be one of the following:
Leukoderma
Lichen planus
Balanitis.
Please get the urine tests: Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity better be done before starting on antibiotic.
