I Have Repetitive Thoughts And Feeling Of Something Bad Will Happen Most Of The Times
Many ways to deal with anxieties
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Anxieties happen when we keep thinking "what will happen of me".
This can be dealt with in many ways:
- Consultation with psychiatrist and taking medicines for anxiety. These medicines can cause sleepiness and addiction.
- Consultation with counsellor or psychologist
- During panic attacks, some people experience racing heart beat, sweating, trembling, and other symptoms that produce discomfort. These attacks usually precipitate in some situation like speaking in front of people, etc. For such situations, a tablet of propanolol before the situation, can control the symptoms of heart racing, sweating etc. It may not help with the panic itself. This medicine will not cause addiction and can be taken during attacks.
- There is no medicine to control repetitive thoughts and fear. These can be controlled with regular meditation twice a day. It can be learnt in XXXXXXX samadhi program.
I have told you many ways to overcome anxieties.
Be assured that nothing will happen to you.
