Question : I have right ear pain, right sore throut, and bad smell in the mouth for 3 days.

I read your query and here is my advice.

It seems like you are suffering from tonsillitis, inflammation and infection of tonsils.
It seems like right tonsil is more inflammed and it should be even enlarged since it gives ear pain.
I think you should go to doctor to examine your throat shinning a light on it.
If tonsils are red and inflammed or even with white spots antibiotics may be needed.
Also doing a throat swap is advisable.
