I read your query and here is my advice.

There are several reasons that can cause ringing in ears and fatigue and dizziness. I think iron deficiency anemia is a cause . You can test it by doing a total blood count and ferritin.
Also any inner ear infection can cause ringing in ears and fatigue and dizziness.
You can visit an ENT doctor about it.
Muscle cramps are not much related to it.
They can be related to dehydration and electrolytes imbalance.
