I read your query and here is my advice.

A rash with bumps fluid filled is normally caused by herpes virus and it can be herpes or shingles.
I think it would be better if you attach a photo of the rash in reports for me to see the rash and confirm diagnosis.
If it is true antivirals such acyclovir (tablets and ointment) can help. Applying calamine lotion over them can help too.
