Medications are must
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
In schizophrenia, there is lack of insight about symptoms. Thought broadcasting is one such symptom where the sufferer does not have the insight about it. Meaning that the person always believe that others know his thoughts and this belief is unshakeable.
However, you have mentioned that you know this is not possible logically but still you feel that your thoughts are broadcasted.
Since how your diagnosis has been confirmed to be schizophrenia?
Meditation is not going to help in this. The medications are must for the treatment. If invega and abilify are not working, the drugs should be changed. Consider risperidone or olanzapine or amisulpride(prescription drugs). Please discuss this with your doctor.
Thanks.
So I want to fix my thought broadcasting without adding a drug that can cause sedation or weight gains, if that's possible.
If I really try hard to comvince myself out of the false belief of thought broadcasting, maybe I will manage to cure or lessen the symptom. Is there anything I can do without adding drugs? Or should I simply wait untill "schizophrenia" itself gets better?
Drug or dose change
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
It's not always about adding the drug. The drug can be changed or dose can be optimized according to symptoms.
And if this symptom of thought broadcast is a part of schizophrenia, it can only go away with medications.
Sometimes, a particular symptom can become resistant to drugs. In that case one has to learn to manage his daily activities with it.
All the best.

Not catatonia
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
I do not think your symptoms match catatonic schizophrenia.
These could be due to associated anxiety with schizophrenia.
These symptoms should be controlled by antipsychotic drugs. Or, a low-dose short-term course of benzodiazepines can help. You can discuss this with your doctor.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
