Brief Answer:
Symptoms are probably related to anemia, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

A low hematocrit indicates the presence of anemia.

In my opinion all your symptoms seem to be related to anemia.

Some of the common causes of anemia can be :

Excessive loss of blood

Nutritional deficiencies such as iron, folate or B12 deficiency

I would recommend to do ferritinemia and sideremia blood level to confirm the diagnosis.

Meanwhile, I would recommend to use anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times.

I would also recommend to take antihistamines daily such as Levocetrizine.

If the diagnosis is confirmed I recommend taking iron, vitamin B12 and folate supplements for at least three months.

I also recommend doing every three months a complete blood count to check the hematocrit level.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further

What benefit will an antihistamine provide? I will be scheduled to see a hematologist.
