I understand that this must be a difficult and confusing time.
It would be best to get an MRI of the lumbosacral spine to start with.
Faecal leakage could be due to severe compression of nerves in the spine.
We need to rule out Cauda equina syndrome. Regarding bladder mesh it's best to get a cystoscopy by your Urologist to find out the position.

The anchors would not cause numbness down the legs. It's most likely due to the spine bulging discs.
Retained anchors may only cause pain or bleeding on passing urine.
