Question : I have been having a high fever(102) since Friday afternoon. It goes down once I take Paracetamol 650 but comes back up again! This morning my temperature was 100 at 7am, I have severe lower back pain and whole body weakness!

Thanks for your query.

Fever associated with back ache, and weakness is usually seen due to viral fevers.

Considering to the present climate, I suggest you to get tested for Dengue and Chikungunya at the earliest.

Do get a Complete blood count along with the above tests and share the report here.

Meanwhile you can take Tab Dolo 650 three times daily after food provided your body weight is above 60 kgs.
