Question : It started saturday morning, severe painful heartburn and I threw up, tightness in chest, pain in back, pain in neck, just didnt feel right. Now to sunday still have tightness, burning,pressure in chest. Pain in between shoulder blades. Can heart attack discomfort last this long?
