Question : I have shaved my hair, because i was loosing so much of hair, and started taking care of it with natural oils and home remedies,
I have read that XXXXXXX oil work as minoxidil.
its been around a month
in my scalp I can see black dots and new baby hairs, so it is a good sign?

You should continue using XXXXXXX oil for another 3-4 months to see significant improvement in hair growth as growth of hair is a slow process and will take time.
