Brief Answer:
I don't think that these ECG findings are concerning.

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

I am glad to hear that you are feeling better now!

I agree with the ER doctor that this could be a panic attack, considering your recent performed cardiac tests.

I don't think that these ECG findings are concerning, especially considering the recent performed cardiac tests. You should know that sinus tachycardia is a normal finding in healthy persons, during physical activity or anxiety.

I would recommend checking thyroid hormone levels and blood electrolytes, if you have not already performed these tests recently, because a metabolic disorder could lead to this clinical situation (thyroid gland dysfunction, electrolyte imbalance).

I don't think that there is any need for any further cardiac tests.

I would just recommend avoiding coffee intake, avoid straining physical activity (have some rest in the next days) and take plenty of water in order to stay well hydrated. Some chamomile tea will help too.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

Please let me know about everything!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri

My opinion as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I don't think that this is anything serious!

Ativan and bisoprolol can help improve your situation during these episodes.

But I think that you can continue your daily physical activity despite these episodes, as they are not harmful.

I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!

Wishing all the best,

Brief Answer:
You can continue your normal daily routine.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Unfortunately I cannot see your uploaded tests (maybe a system error).

Anyway, as a cardiologist , I think that it is okay for you to continue normally your daily activities (including dancing, sexual activity, running, etc.).

I don't think that further cardiac tests are needed, considering your recent performed cardiac tests.

So, try to relax and don't worry too much about it!

I don't think that this is anything serious!

Anxiety seems to play an important role in all this clinical situation.

So, please stay calm and positive!

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask me again!

Regards,

Dr.Iliri

Brief Answer:
Impossible to view the reports.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Theresa!

I have tried several times to open the Reports link, but it is impossible (it is inactive). I think it is a system error.

May be it would be possible to view if you copy and paste them on the dedicated window for questions.

Let me know if you could send them again.

I remain at your disposal.

Wishing you a pleasant weekend!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri

Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Every laboratory has its own normal ranges, depending on the sensitivity of the machine.

Anyway, your blood lab tests are overall OK, besides a slightly low Sodium level, indicating of low salt intake or increased water intake and a borderline Potassium.

The anion gap, is borderline high, possible indicative of a slightly acidosis, but these values depend on the lab normal ranges.

I would also like to know the normal lab ranges of Troponin and its measurement. It is ng/mL?

I remain at your disposal in case of further questions!

Please let me know about everything!

Answered by Dr. Ilir Sharka (8 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
My opinion as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

There is nothing to worry about! The values depend on its suffix. For example ng/mL is 1000 lower higher than mg/mL. That is what I was asking.

Anyway, as you were told to go home from the ER doctor, these values have been considered within normal ranges.

So, in my opinion, there is no reason to panic!

I hope you will find this information helpful!

Let me know in case of further uncertainties!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri
