                                    Brief Answer:
It could be Sentinel pile
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Sentinel pile is a small swelling near the Anal opening caused due to Anal.Fissure.It is not a True Pile.
You should drink plenty of liquids, eat fresh fruits and vegetables. You should avoid Carbonated drinks, Spicy food. It's better to stop Non vegetarian food .
If your stool is soft, there will be no discomfort or pain.
I prescribe Laxative like Lactulose 10ml at night for loose stool.Anti inflammatory tablet will be given if there is severe pain.
If there is no response with above measures, then it can be.removed by Surgery. It is a simple procedure.Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health
Regards
