It could be due to herpes virus infection.

Thanks for your information, it look like herpes virus simplex infection which causes blister in vagina caused by HSV virus 1 and transmitted through oral sex or due to decrease immunity.
But before giving my opinion I want to ask whether you are having any symptoms or not like pain ,itching and any vaginal discharge.
Are you sexually active?
Have you done unprotected sex?
Are you having any other associated symptoms?

hello, i am having some milky white discharge with no smell. i am sexually active with one person but we do not use protection. There is no pain but itching like a yeast infection.
