I Have Some Pain Near The Top Of The Penis

Question: I have some pain near the top of the penis head. There is some discoloration, but I have had that discoloration for many years. There is no blood (that is evident) in my urine and there is no pain when I urinate. In fact, everything else seems normal. Is there anything I can apply topically to diminish the pain?

Based on the facts that you have posted pain near the top of penis head The cause for the same needs to be established by clinical examination in person by qualified Urologist .

1) Did you have forceful sex very recently?
2) Are you diabetic ?
3) Upload photograph of your penis to see the discoloration of glans
