Regarding genital complaints

Hi.
Thanks for the pictures.

You seem to have a little bit of white clumpy discharge which seems like a yeast infection. In my patients, I suggest either take a single dose of an oral antifungal e.g Fluconazole 150mg tablet or you may use Clotrimazole vaginal pessary, nightly for 6 days (prescription maybe required).

In addition, there is are a few erosions in the perineum which could be due to scratching from itching and that is common in a yeast infection.
