                                            Question : I have some skewed labs I am concerned about. B12 <146, vitamin D 32.9, T3 0.64, ferritin 20.7, TIBC 526, UIBC 418. I have severe fatigue, nausea, headache and dizziness also leg discomfort at night. Have not been able to get real answers. Please help!

* vitamin B 12 levels are too low
*vitamin D levels are within normal range.
* T3 level is a bit low

Vitamin B 12 deficiency can cause neuropathy and treating it by taking vitamin B 12 can make it better.
Also amitryptiline that you are taking can make the neuropathy better.
About the T3 low levels you should test also T4 and TSH in order to check thyroid function.
