                                            Question : I have some wounds and pimples on my buttocks area and was wondering if you can tell me what they are.

Hi and welcome.
You should not be worried about HIV since this is the last thing to think of and these are not symptoms of HIV. Usually this is self limiting and may indicate hair follicle inflammation, allergic rash or less common herpes or streptococal rash. It would be good if you can post photo of it, but generally you should apply antibiotic and antiallergic ointment and keep area clean and dry. Wish you good health.
