Question : I have something that looks like a bruise with tiny red dots on my thigh. I had another in late summer near my pelvic area. I have had mid back pain for about a week and a half and several headaches for the last three days. Fatigue is something I deal with daily. I have generalized anxiety ans elevated blood pressure that I take medicine for. I am wondering if the spotty bruising should be a concern.

Brief Answer:
Ecchymosis, go for laboratory tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be ecchymosis.
It can occur due to some bleeding abnormalities and also without any cause in majority of the individuals.
I would recommend you to get your complete blood count and coagulation profile to exclude any internal cause.
If the investigations are normal there is nothing to worry about.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
