Question: I have sore feet knees and wrist that comes and goes. Stress seems to worsen it. What is this.

I think you may need to do a complete blood count erythro sedimentation rate ,rheumatoid factor ,thyroid function tests ,anti-nuclear antibody ,vitamin D levels.
This pain can be related to arthritis or to fibromyalgia.
Anyway visiting a rheumatologist can be advisable.
You may need to use anti-inflammatory drugs such ibuprofen or naproxen for pain.
Reduce movements which cause pain.
