I can see multiple, erosions on the base of the shaft of penis. This could be genital herpes.

Have you ever had them before? Is there any history of risky sexual contact?

I have a few sores that are by my waist line and on my right inner thigh that look exactly the same. there has been discharge from the sores. How can I know for sure? the sores are only on my left side of the base of my penis. is this common?

Hi.

You can take a swab test for HSV DNA from one of these sores for a confirmatory diagnosis of Herpes or to rule out this possibility. I request you to kindly upload a few images of the other sores on your waist line and right thighs too.
