Question : Yes I have sores that break out and on my scalp very sore they start out as a little scabs and they get bigger and bigger and bigger try medicine from the doctor I have tried Neosporin and I cannot get rid of these sores

I have gone through your query and viewed the Image.
You seem to have skin infection of hair follicles- folliculitis/ furunculosis. I suggest you to take a course of an Oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin or Cephalexin for a week. In addition I suggest you to use mupirocin 2% ointment, twice daily. Besides you may wash your head with a cetrimide 5% based shampoo. These are prescription medications.
