Brief Answer:
Unlikely

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma’am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but I would recommend that you take bismuth salicylate and ranitidine before every meal. Also you should avoid fried and spicy food. You should pay particular attention to hydration by drinking plenty of water wether regular or carbonated water. I hope you find this helpful.

Dear Ma’am, hello again. These medications tend to treat the possible causes of distension which are increased gastric juices and indigestion. however, if no improvement then you should add simethicone before every meal. I hope you find this helpful
