This could be many things, e.g. irritable bowel syndrome, small bowel bacterial overgrowth, malabsorption, etc. Do you experience other symptoms, e.g. stomach pain, loose or hard stools, weight loss or gain, fatigue, etc. Have you had a gastroscopy or blood tests?
