Question : I have stomoch upset since 2/3months.Ihave urge to go to toilet immediately after food. Iam taking enterogermina capsule one per day., and the problem is controlled. I want to know how long I should take to cure this problem. Pl advise.

Bowel related symptoms has to be evaluated at this age because it can be an early sign of serious conditions like colon cancer. However most often altered bowel movements is caused by indigestion and irritable bowel disorder.
Consult a gastroenterologist and plan for a colonoscopy.
As of now include more fibre rich foods in your diet.
