Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Many reports show small changes depending upon whether you have given the tests on empty stomach or after food/lots of liquids. Whenever in doubt a repeat/review test is recommended. And also important to correlate the findings by your treating Doctor with your history, examination by your Doctor and other reports.
#Noted the reports.
RBC is high 5.91 (4.5-5.5) Hb and Hematocrit is normal as well as the peripheral smear. MCV and MCH is low hence the body might be compensating by producing more RBCs.
Lymphocytes are marginally high
In liver functions: only SGPT is higher. Globulin is near lower of the range hence the A/G ratio is 2.2. Repeat test after 3 weeks of previous test date is highly recommended in such conditions.
Ceatinine is just below normal 0.86 (0.9 - and may not be of much significance. Hence repeat test is recommended. Are you taking too much oral fluids?
Cholesterol/HDL ration is below risk level.
Rest of the studies are within normal limits.
........
Do you have any problems?
Or this was a routine test done?

                                    Brief Answer:
Repeat CBC after taking plenty of oral fluids.
Detailed Answer:
RBC and Hb can come on a higher side. Repeat these tests (CBC) after having plenty of oral fluids.
Let us see this report.
As said earlier this may be the bone marrow's response to low MCV and MCH.
Rest of the cells that is White blood cells and platelets are normal so not much to worry.
Waiting for a fresh CBC report after taking plenty of oral fluids.
