Question : I have suffered with acute bronchitis before. It's in check now but I am wondering if I should get an exemption from having to go into my school during COVID-19. Presently, I am remote teaching but there are hints that teachers will be forced back into the building if they don't present medical or ADA-type exemption.

Hello dear,

I see the document you attached which shows your health data.
It shows ,as you mentioned,that you have been suffering from acute bronchitis in the past . This doesn't put you on increased risk of covid19 complications.
Neither the other diagnosis such reflux or hysterectomy do.
This document doesn't contain enough reason that show you at risk of complications from covid19 so probably you are not justified for staying at home during this period.
