Question: I have sunis surgery on may 6 and I still have all systom that I had before my sunis surgery with pressure sunis and headace ears hurting jaw hurt I have been on two different antibiotic and I feel like I still have a sunis infection and ears infection I do have ent doctor he is not sure want XXXXXXX he is go he said he mighty try something diff. I was on antibiotic in XXXXXXX that work really well but he well not put me on it.I uave been take pain med snice my surgery to try to get the pain to go away even with ice and heat . I'm not sure want XXXXXXX to do or tell him I have been log my stuffand today I woke up throw up it was water and mucus also I'm not sure want XXXXXXX I need to

I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you should continue to treat the congestion and sinusitis with medications.
I think you should do a culture of the nasal sections because you had been using antibiotics and it can be a resistant infection. Azythromycin is preferably used in this case but antibiograme may show the right antibiotic which can be used.
Also use saline water to rinse nose and help get mucus out.
You can also use corticosteroid as spry or even orally.
Continue your follow up visits with ENT doctor to check sinus conditions by endoscopy.
