I Have Swelling In My Ring Finger On My Right

Question : I have swelling in my ring finger on my right hand and it has moved to my middel finger and then on to my index finger over 3 days. Its painful and itches. And now I have itching and swelling in my left bicepts. I live in the tropics and I fear its parasitical.
What do you think this could be?

I read your query and here is my advice.

I think it can be an allergic reaction to possible insert bite.
Can you please check for insect bite.
Also parasites infection is possible.
You may need to do a stool test for parasites. Also a total blood count is needed.

Also use antihistamines orally and corticosteroid cream.
