Hi,

Meftal spas is a combination drug containing a pain killer and antispasmodic agent. While there are no robust studies related to dicyclomine usage in pregnancy, NSAID pain killer usage should prefereably be avoid in the later stage of pregnancy.

You mentioned you had a pill (single pill) of meftal spas, as long as you don't repeat the medication, I think you will be alright. There is no other specific treatment necessary.
