Question : I’ve had pneumonia, cough now displaced rib, nothing over the counter work tradmadol doesn’t help I was wondering if there was something stronger I could take to alleviate the pain I have tested negative for COVID times so i knows it’s not COVID

Pneumonia indicates a lung infection.
The treatment for pneumonia consists in anti inflammatory medications and antibiotics.
I recommend to take anti inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen in case of pain or fever.
I also suggest to take oral antibiotics which should be prescribed by your physician.
I suggest to drink liquids and rest.
In case that you have a cough, you should use a cough suppressant syrup with Dexometorphan.
