Nexplanon is an extremely effective contraceptive method. Its duration of action is for three years.
Of 2000 people using Nexplanon for a year only one may conceive. It is that effective.
However except for abstinence no contraceptive method is 100% effective. Therefore if you have symptoms of pregnancy get a pregnancy test done.
