I Have The Nexplanon Birth Control Implant. I Have Not

Question: I have the nexplanon birth control implant. I have not had a period since March 2019 with it. In December I was on benzos and antibiotics and had unprotected sex. In February I took a pregnancy test (negative) and another I grew weeks ago (also negative). I have fullness cramping, twitching and fluttering in my lower abdomen. What are the chances I'm actually pregnant. Is it possible at all?

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us.
I have gone through your query and would like to offer some information.
Though the contraceptive effect may be lessened by using antibiotics, repeatedly negative pregnancy tests exclude the possibility of failure.
Your symptoms are likely to be due to the hormone effects of the implant. However, for clarification, you can get a clinical evaluation and a trans-vaginal sonogram. Further management can be planned accordingly.
Hope I have clarified your query. Please let me know if I can assist you further.
