Brief Answer:
Multiple causes requiring further investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for using this platform for your health related questions.

I understand your concern. There can be many reasons causing the shakes and this requires further testing, as well as knowledge of your medical history.
The shakes can be causes by low blood sugar levels, so I recommend you do a blood glucose level, as a first step.

Alcohol or drug withdrawal can also be a cause. If this is situation applies to you, please see your primary care doctor.

The shakes may also have a neurological cause. After ruling out the previous two causes, I recommend you see a neurologist for further testing.

Lastly, sleep deprivation can be a common case for the shakes.

I hope this answers your question. You are welcome to ask further questions, by adding more information.

Take care.
