Question : I have this stabbing pain that seems to go through the back of my right eye to my temple. what do you think it can be. it comes and goes

Pain that feels like it is in the back of the eye, particularly when it is only in one eye, can be due to a migraine, but if it is severe and began suddenly, then I strongly advise you to go in to get it checked out now, rather than waiting.
Other warning signs are pain that is accompanied by changes in vision.
If any of these apply, do go to the ER now, as severe or sudden onset pain or blurred vision with pain could be signs of glaucoma, which needs to be treated promptly.
