Hii. Welcome to the healthcare services. You are having throat blockage and dry cough. Can you explain in details? It can be due to allergic pharyngitis or any viral or bacterial infection. So strat taking betadine or warm saline gargle. Take tablet montelukast levocetrizine at bedtime for 2 week. If you are having thick yellowish sputum then you can start an antibiotic like azithromycin 500 mg once daily for 5 days. Take cough syrup Solvin 10 ml twice daily for 1 week. Take more warm fluids orally. You can give swab for COVID testing of you are in a corona prone area. Please review if you have any queries.
