Question : I have twenty five year old breasted plants one Is it capsule lated the other was also thous rupture. Do I need the ER or wait for a doctor's appointment

I read your query and here is my advice.

You can safely wait for doctor appointment. A breast implant can get ruptured with aging and that's why it is ruptured. I think you don't need to go to ER because it is not an emergency. The silicone is not absorbed by the body. It is more likely that it remains I'm fibrotic capsule formed around implant.

First of all, thank you. Secondly I notice a "mooshiness" heading almost into the armpit and below original incision, about 1 inch, does this possibly add any urgency?
