Question: I have two big white bumps/patches on the side of my tongue and near the tip of my tongue 5 smaller white patches. i have a headache constantly and my kidneys hurt. i have redish urine and I am urinating less frequently and I am dizzy an earache in each with a constant buzz and a really bad cough that gets so bad at times i cant catch my breath.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

These symptoms are related to many systems and likely cause is either an infection or any other multisystem disease. Having a redish urine and lesser urine must raise alarm for a kidney problem and must be investigated further. I think it could be systemic candida, SLE, KIDNEY FAILURE.

I will suggest that you get some basic tests done like complete blood count, kidney function test, ANA test, urine examination, sputum culture and sensitivity, chest Xray PA view. Meanwhile drink cleaner water with low TDS.

I will suggest that you consult a nephorologist and rheumatologist for confirmation of diagnosis after going through above suggested preliminary tests. You may need systemic steroids.
