I can see that there are 2 erosions which may possibly be due to either yeast infection or they could be of genital herpes. Do you have any symptoms like itching? Pain? Burning?

Hi.
Can use a topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole cream, twice daily. In case you develop new ones you may then get yourselves screened for HSV.
