Question : I have two bumps that look like genital warts that I poped an dry like blackhead puss came out and it eventually went away but now it has return in the same spot months later wat Donu think it is

Thanks for posting your query.
It is not a viral genital wart. (not a HPV infection). It is a nonvenereal dermatological condition only.It could be seborrheic keratosis or Angiokeratoma. Both are benign skin conditions. Biopsy will confirm. You can ignore this as it will not give any symptoms to you. Don't manipulate the same. It can get infected or bleed. Consult a dematologist nearby for further help.
