Question : I have two custom made gold teeth that are on my lower k9s that slide on and off. I swallowed one on accident on Saturday. It has a sharp point on the back side and I am worried about it passing through my system and would like advice

Based on the history you have shared, for the pain, it's necessary to get an ENT specialist review for detailed throat and pharynx examination to rule out any chances of dentures getting stuck into throat in structures like piriform recess.
X-ray neck lateral and anteroposterior views may be needed to locate it. X-ray chest and abdomen may be helpful if thoray is unremarkable. Soft tissues injuries during swallowing should also be ruled out.
If once passed beyond upper gut, no chances to retrieve it are usually made through interventions and it doesn't usually cause any gut trauma or allergic reaction. Though mild cramps to foreign body may be felt.
Keeping good fluid intake, avoiding constipation and good fibres may help to pass it on. Efforts to retrieve it in stool may be made, for cost issues though, and it can be later disinfected too but that is individuals choice. Usually passes out with in 24-48 hours.
