Question : I have two lumps around the area of the posterior triangle of my neck feel likes air under skin no pain what is it

The most common lumps or swellings in the neck are enlarged lymph nodes.

These can be caused by bacterial or viral infections.

I recommend to do some examinations to exclude other possible causes.

I suggest:

A complete blood count

A CT scan of the neck

The treatment depends on the cause.

I suggest using anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three tablets a day.

If we confirm through the blood test the presence of a bacterial infection antibiotics may be needed.
