Question : HI, I have very slight swelling in my left ankle - mostly below the ankle bone - I have no pain or ankle injury on both sides. When I take my socks off there is a slight indentation where the top elastic is.

I dont think this is much of a concern.. It may be due to soft tissue injury on that side of foot or may be it is due to a tight elastic band. Does it go away sometime after talking off the socks? Or does it persist?

It is reduced right now - haven't worn socks for 12 hrs - also my left knee is sometimes sore and swells sometimes could that be involved? thanks again
