Question : Please I have vomiting and dizzy and nausea. I feel cold in my stomach this symptoms get higher if I be hungry especially on the morning and at night. Also I have some headache. This symptoms are from the last week.

Hello and thank you for your question. Hope I can be of help for you today. Gastritis symptoms with nausea and vomiting you can use antiemetic drugs such as (metoclopramide or ondansetron) and PPI ( omeprazole ). Diet is very important to help you from gastritis avoid caffe, tea, spicy, sour,gas and eat regularly. If not improve see a doctor. Do you have any fever and diarrhea?
