Question : I'm a diabetic with severe nasal congestion, I've had this since I was a teen. Ive wanted to try Sinex Severe but it says askba doctor before use if you have diabetes . Thank you

You can use decongestant nasal spray

Hello,

Sinex contains Phenylephrine. It can cause fluctuation in blood glucose levels if taken orally.
However, nasal administration of phenylephrine spray will not have much effect on the blood glucose level. And you can safely use it to relieve nasal congestion.
