Question: I have what appears to be swelling around my foreskin on my penis, it isn't painful, when I pull it back and release the skin it returns to cover my glans. I had safe sex yesterday but had to masturbate to ejaculate, took a dozen minutes or more. Swelling appeared a few hours later. I am currently taking anti-inflammatories thinking I may have been too rough yesterday.
