I Have What Looks Like A Pimple On My Leg.It

Question: I have what looks like a pimple on my leg.It is red and looks like it is coming to a head. I have been using warm packs on it as well as Oxy10 benzoyl peroxide cleanser. Is there anything else I can put on it? Should I use some neosporin? I tried to take a picture, but could not get the camera in the right spot.

It seems like you have a boil. Yes, you may use a topical antibiotic e.g either Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin 2% ointment, twice daily. Apart from that continue using warm compresses, twice daily before applying ointment. If it is big and painful with swelling of the surrounding area, I would suggest you to also take a course of an oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin or Cephalexin for a week.

ShouldI also continue with the Benzoyl peroxide oxy 10, anddo I need to cover with abandaid after putting Neosporin on it?
