Question : I have white bumps on my nose. They kind of look like pimples but are not.

from your description, it sounds a lot like fibrous papule, which are small, harmless raised growths, however I would need to see a picture of these bumps as well as a bit more information on when they first appeared and whether they are itchy or painful.

They started a number of years ago. They are not painful or itchy. If it what you suspect is there anything I can do to eliminate them. What is the cause

If the bumps you mention are fibrous papule they can be removed by shave excision for cosmetic purposes. This procedure may lave scars and is optional.

The cause of their formation is unknown.
