Yes it can be changed, but it depends on person to person, in some individuals it changes within 6 months, but in others it does not change even after 3-4 years.
So if you have any clinical symptoms or you feel like any abnormality in your body you can recheck your blood.
Otherwise if your previous blood investigations were normal and currently you are feeling OK, then there is nothing to worry about and do not need any blood investigation.
