Question : Hi doctor, I having pain on the top of my left testicle and when I touch there pain is somehow connected with heart. And I took zerodol p for it and got some relief but now again it's started paining. Kindly suggest me good medications for it

Hi
Pain above the Testis can be due to Infection like Epididymo-orchitis,Varicocele,Epididymitis etc.
Ultrasound/Colour Doppler of the Scrotum will confirm the diagnosis.
If it is due to Infection, you need Antibiotics along with Anti inflammatory tablets.
Please consult a Surgeon/Urologist and get investigated.
Nothing to worry.
It will subside once the cause of the disease is treated.

Hi
I prescribe Antibiotic Doxycycline 100mg twice daily after food for 5 days and Tablet containing Aceclofenac+ Paracetamol+ Serratiopeptidase combination to my patients with similar complaints.
I request you to get an Ultrasound/Colour Doppler of the Scrotum.
